How easy is it to move telephony to the cloud?
Whether you have only seen a few headlines about this massive industry shift, or you have more detailed knowledge and are sold on the concept already, you may still be wondering how easy is it to move to the cloud…
One thing is certain, it is not as complex as moving your core IT functions to the cloud, in fact it is far easier than replacing your telephony with another on premise PBX solution.
It is as simple as building your new PBX, testing, testing again, all whilst you are still running on your old PBX. Then, once everything is working, you simply port your numbers to your new cloud provider, who will replace the numbers that have been loaned to you initially with your actual numbers.
